These terms apply when you browse or buy from peepmeowwoofsupplies.co.za. By placing an order, you agree to them. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) or the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act (ECTA).

2. Products and prices
- All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR). We are not currently registered for VAT, so no VAT is added to our prices.
- We do our best to show products, photos and descriptions accurately. Colours may look slightly different on different screens.
- If a price is clearly wrong because of an error, we’ll contact you before processing your order, and you can choose to cancel for a full refund.
3. Orders
After you order, you’ll receive an email confirming we’ve received it. Your order is accepted once payment is confirmed. If an item becomes unavailable, we’ll let you know and refund you in full for that item.
4. Payment and security
Payments are processed securely by our payment provider. We never see or store your full card details. Our website uses an encrypted (HTTPS) connection to protect your information.
5. Delivery
Delivery options, prices and times are explained on our Delivery Information page and shown at checkout before you pay.
6. Cancelling an order (cooling-off period)
Under the ECTA, you may cancel your order within 7 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason. The goods must be returned unused and in their original packaging. The only cost to you is the direct cost of returning the goods. Some items, such as opened food or treats, may be excluded for hygiene and safety reasons where the law allows.
7. Returns, faulty items and refunds
Please see our Refund and Returns Policy. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items will be replaced or refunded, and we’ll cover the return cost.
8. Discount codes and promotions
- WELCOME10 gives 10% off your first order. It can be used once per customer, can’t be combined with other coupons, and doesn’t apply to items already on sale.
- Free delivery applies automatically when your order total qualifies, as shown on the Delivery Information page.
- We may end or change promotions at any time, but not for orders already placed.
9. Your privacy
We handle your personal information in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). See our Privacy Policy for details.
10. Pet health
Product information and our pet care guides are general advice and not a substitute for a vet. If your pet is unwell or has a medical condition, please consult a vet before using a new product.
11. Complaints
If you’re unhappy with anything, email support@peepmeowwoofsupplies.co.za. We aim to reply within one business day and to resolve complaints within 7 business days. If we can’t resolve it, you may contact the National Consumer Commission or the Consumer Goods and Services Ombud.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. We may update them from time to time; the version on this page at the time of your order applies.
